You have to use your head and look carefully at the numbers when you make this
evaluation. Simply skimming the totals is useless. I've been having fun with
readers for years about this, but very few have picked up on the fact that this
was all a big joke. In fact, some USHPA officials (and former USHPA officials)
have drawn the opposite conclusion, apparently without engaging any brain
matter.
