The USHPA Competition Committee is today voting by email on some
of the revisions that the Sanction Manual subcommittee has made when it rewrote
the proposed Sanction Manual as it came from the now defunct Competition
Workgroup. Of course, as before, there is no input from the membership, or the
competition pilots regarding this vote. When will we first see the new proposal?
