There are a number of free floating complaints out there about the USHPA. Here
is a course of action for those who are complaining:

1) Identify the USHPA BOD committee that would be best situated to address your
concern.

2) Write up a motion (something that can be voted up or down) that you want the
USHPA BOD (and the committee) to pass that will address your concern.

3) Write up an argument to go along with your motion that speaks in favor of your
motion.

4) Send the combined motion and supporting arguments as an email (not as an
attached document) to your Regional Directors and to the chairman of the
appropriate committee.

5) In the email ask your Regional Director to get back to you before they go to
the BOD meeting and tell you if they are supporting your motion, what their
arguments are either way, what actions they will take that they think are
appropriate and whether they expect general support for your motion.

6) If you can, go to the BOD meeting in Salt Lake City on March 12th.

7) Follow up with an email message to your Regional Directors after the BOD
meeting to see what happened with your motion.

8) Head south to Florida to interact with the USHPA during the Wills Wing Demo
days.
