As far as I can tell (and that may not be very far) if you work as an instructor
for a school either as an employee or as an independent contractor you are not
covered by the USHPA instructor insurance policy. Doesn't matter that you are
required to pay for it. You don't get the benefit of its coverage.

It apparently only applies to instructors working for themselves.

But we will only know for sure if there is a claim.
