Finally got to fly with the new camera set up. Funston provided a
nice, stable platform from which to shoot and revealed all of one's camera
system defects and incorrect assumptions.
Shooting video by pointing at your subjects through your viewfinder and keeping
them there is hard. But Greg and I learned a few things and we’ll continue to
refine our technique.
Here’s some
video I shot at Funston on Wednesday. I had four flights and just under two
hours of airtime. Glad we got there early because by mid afternoon it was
blowing quite hard.
