Condor at Sylmar

On March 22, I was shooting a thermal technique training video on
my Falcon 3 195 hang glider when I spotted what I thought was a gaggle of turkey
vultures or buzzards. As I entered the thermal column below the gaggle, one
member swooped by to pay me a visit. After the 3rd encounter I spotted the
telltale wing tag and realized it was a California Condor. The curious condor
came closer and more playful with each pass until seemingly satisfied it
re-joined the gaggle. It's unlikely that I'll capture footage or have an
experience quite like this again.
A frame still is pasted in below.
