The TreeToppers want to give a limited number of clubs the ability
to use our OLC website for free, or for a small donation to the TTT. We will
host the site on our web server, but each club will have their own separate view
and administrative console for their local contest. This will be part of a case
study for the bigger improved national version in the works for later this year
or next.
