The USHPA has been exceptionally busy with the overhaul of our
competition program. Part of this overhaul is a new Race to Goal rule book that
is now available online. The new rule book should be an improvement over the
last rule book in organization, but it also helps our organization to establish
a better risk management approach to running our sanction competitions.

All competitions for 2010 will operate under these new rules. Please become
