All the staff and organizers of the pre-Worlds are staying at
apparently the finest residence and restaurant in the area, Country House “VILLA
PASCOLO.” See here. On Friday night some members of the US and Australian contingents were
treated to a marvelous dinner by the meet director, Franco Rinaldi and his wife
Nuccia.

No menu (although there was one), we just ate bits and pieces from plate after
plate of offerings.

Of course, dinner didn't start until after 9 PM and lasted until midnight. Even
then it seemed a bit early, maybe because we are Americans and Aussies.
