Tracy Tillman is heading up the search committee for a new
Executive Director (and he was a member of the previous search committee that
chose Paul Montville, from all those who applied). He is open to productive
ideas about how to go about the process and what kind of candidate you would

has a good work ethic. A background in hang gliding and paragliding would be a
plus.

I wonder why the USHPA has such a hard time with Executive Directors, or is its
