We are very sorry to communicate that the official flight
activities programmed for our event, this year in Guayaquil, will not be
developed.

As you may know, our country has been involved in some violent political issues
that had direct impact over two critical issues of our event success; been one
the participation of the sponsors (all budgets and marketing activities have
been on hold), and the other the confirmation of the international pilots for
the media activities in Guayaquil, programmed for October 23rd and 24th.

This year, the program in Guayaquil will not be as fancy, as you may understand.
No sponsors and no big presence of international pilots for the press activities
will not allow us to run the event in the way we all expected.

Anyway the local people's warmth, Raúl’s and myself hospitality and good
disposition, some free flight activities in “Bototillo” facility, in Guayaquil,
and of course, our classic and exciting race in Canoa (this year valid for FAI)
are still on, so we expect to have many pilots flying our skies and also
contributing on the Cloud Base Foundation and it’s noble actions for the
children of Canoa.
