Weather conditions have been propitious at the Florida Ridge
Flight Park since autumn seems to have started in Florida as it has in the rest
of country. Saturday October 2nd we had the "Cross Country party" with seven
pilots performing forty eight miles of a sixty two mile task.

Last Saturday wasn't any different. We had about twenty pilots at the Ridge and
four were ready for our weekly cross country. This time the task was a sixty
miles "South Rectangle" with three pilots performing about fifty two miles, and
landing back at flight park. That was the second weekend in a row that we had
some great cross country flights and camaraderie. Reports and pictures can be
