From the VHGA web site:

"Morningside will be closing for the winter season on OCTOBER 30,
2010. No kiting, gliding, sledding etc. from then on. Plans are to reopen in the
spring. The property will be posted and the business will be put on the open
market for sale. Everyone living on the property must reside elsewhere. If you
have a glider in storage it will be safe but access will be limited."
