David Beerman, president of the MCHGA, first sent out the warning
to all the USHPA chapters about the new chapter requirements, specifically the,
"don't talk naughty about the USHPA" rule.
Here
are his proposals to change the proposed changes.

He basically just eliminates all the offending sections.
