Flying the Moyes Litespeed RS 3.5

I'm quite enjoying flying Jonny's Moyes Litespeed RS 3.5 that he
flew in the 2009 Worlds (not the 2010 pre-Worlds as previously reported). The
glider likes to be at full VG and fly right there. This is the first glider that
I've flown that just naturally wanted to be in that spot.

The VG line is easy to pull (there is a lot of it), so it is not a problem
getting full VG on. The bar position and the bar pressure (light) feel very
comfortable at full VG so I naturally want to get to that position. The glider
flies straight (after Gerolf kindly came over to the Apex Caravan Park and
adjusted the glider for a slight right hand turn both with VG off and on) at
full VG without any rolling around.

I do have to be quite active on the VG line if I want to take off most or all of
the VG for thermaling. This means that I'm often in a situation where the glider
is fighting me for a turn in lift as I haven't had half a second to take off the
VG. It's pretty stiff.

With the VG off or partially on the glider thermals easily. I do high side it
most of the time, which is not my favorite, but required of high performance
hang gliders. It isn't a big deal, but it can be a hand full in rowdy conditions
with lot of other glider around.

It took me a few days to change my muscle memory to be able to land it
correctly. It wants a lot of speed right to the ground and for the pilot to hold
it and not let out the bar at all until the last second.

It's a great glider and I couldn't be having more fun with it.
