It was one of those days where the wind was nice and strong and
lots of thermic lift as well. We launched at Spion - Moggs Creek, which is located at the Start of the Great Ocean Road
on the Victorian Coastline in Australia.
I decided to try and fly to Lorne, which wasn't to be successful, with the wind
having too much West in it. I ended up 3.5km short of Lorne, landing on a small
Rock ledge just below the road, one of the tightest landings I have done. Well
done to Bosco, who made it as far as I did, and managed to land back on a small
beach, not the rocks. And also to Rich, getting back in the air in the C4 and
having a great flight.
