Lookout used to have wheels for carbon base tubes for Litespeeds

of the afternoon putting them on her Litespeed. She ran into one problem after
another getting them to fit. Getting them to fit on the outside of the VG
bracket was one of the many difficulties. Campbell has them on the inside.
