With the 2011 Women's Hang Gliding Festival less than two weeks
away, I am pleased to report that we have had a huge response and there will be
many women to fly with! I do want to remind everyone that if they are interested
in training hill classes or tandem flights you need to reserve your space
(spaces are limited and they are filling up fast). Please call 706-398-3541 or

Plan to check in for the Festival at the clubhouse in the LZ between 4-7pm EST
on Thursday, October 27th. The LZ clubhouse is also the location for the Meet
and Greet dinner on Thursday night. This event is for registrants only and it is
FREE for registrants. If you plan to arrive after Thursday, you can check in at
the pro shop between 9am-6pm EST. We require a current flight pass to be on file
to participate in the Festival, so please remember to check in. You will also
receive your event tee-shirt and event schedule when you check in.

For those of you who have not yet registered... what are you waiting for! The $25
registration fee includes the event tee-shirt, the Meet and Greet dinner on
10/27, participation in flying tasks, mountain flying, and clinics/seminars. All
