India, the Himalayas. Famous for paragliding for the high and
beautiful flying. Every year in October and November it is visited by hundreds
of pilots, paragliders from around the world. Flights are often held close to
eagles, they are our friends and helpers which show us the rising air in which
the glider climbs.
But this time the eagles looked somewhere else and in the end one of the three
eagles flew into the string of a paraglider. The paraglider could not continue
to fly, and the pilot used the reserve parachute. A miracle happened without
trauma because even with the reserve the pilot can easily be hurt on the rocks
or falling from a tree. The pilot was in a state of shock and swearing but do
not take it negatively, because the man was almost killed, but a bird in the end
was fine
This eagle nearly cost the life of this pilot, but as soon as the pilot
got his wits about him he released the bird from his risers to freedom. Yep very
cool, very cool indeed. It's been a long day, and he had a nice meal and a
bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon, so he was feeling a bit woosy.
