Since I know the rest of you are getting a lashing these last few
days, I thought I'd share how good the weather is out west.

If you have a look at the satellite weather map, just to the west of the cloud
line is me. I can see it to the east. Maybe Cowra is the boundary - I just rang
Guy - it is.

Thursday was a great day. Good, well developed Cus scattered evenly horizon to
horizon. Light winds. I could see a hint of the high cloud associated with the
trough north of Dubbo, while from Wagga I could see a Cu Nb way of to the SSE -
probably well into the Vic alps around Bright and Mt Beauty.

Friday - Good Cus with some high cloud but XC-able. Sat - rain periods. Sun -
cloudy and Cu Nbs in afternoon. Today - perfect blue day with light to moderate
SW. Cloud and big Cus 50-100kms to east.
