If you were in the alternate launch (open launch for twenty
pilots) and require a re-fly you must go to the end of either queue. If you were
in the ordered launch and require a re-fly the launch steward will direct you in
position after the 10th pilot. The 10th position includes pilots already on
dollies. You must rejoin your original launch queue.
