My report was slightly in error yesterday as the complaint (which I read today)
complained about a non competitor on the course and about that non competitor
apparently providing navigational assistance.

The result of the complaint is that non competitors are not allowed to fly the
course. It was determined that the non competitor did not provide navigational
assistance.

Certain people should be aware of the story of Caesar's wife.

Others should not jump to conclusions.
