Day 1 of the Manilla XC Camp 2012 came on better than expected
after over a week of rain (120mm) with major flooding in regions 160-200kms to
the north west (Moree etc). The sun was shining and thermals were popping from
early morning as the moist air was easily lifted by the strong summer heat
creating fat Cu's everywhere.
