Live the Dream: A film about the dream of flying, and one girl’s quest to make
that dream a reality.

This is a unique opportunity to help aid in the promotion and growth of free
flight sports, through supporting a creative and engaging soul-filled film.

Says filmmaker, Seth Warren: “Live the Dream” is a project made out of love for
flight, about flight, and for flight and has been an entirely self-funded
project. It’s growth and explosion in to an amazing story came about solely
because of the support from key members of the U.S. free flight community. Now
we just have to finish the film!

Film synopsis:

It’s at the heart of every little kid’s core – the dream of flying. It’s a dream
that most of us never believe will come true, or could come true. But, for one
girl, an unshakeable belief that life is made up of simple choices that allow
you to soar, led her to do that: choose to live the dream.

From award-winning filmmaker, Seth Warren, this film chronicles the path of one
person’s aspirations to fly, through the lens of twenty-seven year old Sara
Close. Having never previously touched any free flight equipment, she moves to
Wallaby Ranch, Florida and is met with a world-renowned cast of characters who
introduce her to the unique sport of hang gliding, a passionate community, and
the feeling for the first time in her life of what it feels like to fly. What
was supposed to be a story filmed over four weeks turned in to a six month
project as Sara and Seth set off around the country to see what else the sport
had to offer.

The unique aerial footage, narration celebrating the sport and beautiful scenery
from Florida, to Montana, Mount Rainer, and the Oregon Coast, “Live the Dream”
is free flight made tangible to the every day person – with a dose of humor to
boot.
