The CIVL Bureau has approved the Local Regulations of the European
Paragliding XC Championship in St. André, France. I want to point out the pilot
qualification criteria has changed from previous competitions, in line with
decisions made at the CIVL Plenary meeting in Chinese Tapei in February. Also
the paragliders for this competition must be certified at least sixty days
before the start of the competition, as decided at the same Plenary meeting.
