The property just south of the marked LZ just went up for sale. It borders the
National forest spot that is marked on the site guide as the LZ. It is 4 1/2
acres and has a small house. They are asking $52,000 for the place.

If the National forest didn't cause a problem Thomas Mountain could be a top
notch flying site. It is outside the Southern California inversion bowl. I
posted it on the CSS forum hoping someone would be interested.
