The Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association of Canada (HPAC) is
being sued for $25,000. Action was launched last week so I assume it will be
some time before any action happens. All I know now is that the action involves
a former instructor, a current instructor, a former regional Director, a pilot,
and HPAC itself.
