Another good day with seven pilots into goal. A 90.4 Km task with seven turn
points. Lift was a bit stronger today with 1800 fpm on the averager and lift
going to 12,000 feet. We have had primarily blue days, but today the clouds
started to pop over the volcanoes to the east and it sounds like we will have
prefrontal conditions the next few days setting us up with more clouds to fly
by. Festive attitudes, great flying, well organized tasks and retrieves and good
food and drink abound.
