Sprog measuring policy discussed CIVL purchasing standard sprog
measuring device for each team leader – either make it available to each
country. Make it each country/team leader responsible with CIVL only spot
checking during Cat 1 events. Need to come up with a system – 3-10 pilots per
day, maybe top 2 for the task then a few random.
