A frustrating first day of the National in Carmo do Rio Claro for
me. Took the second start gate and got caught in a massive dead patch, the got
hit by a storm. I flew out of the cloud cover to land next to a road. Konrad
flew another 30kms and landed in a sugar cane crop. Don't know what others did
yet. A lot took the first start gate and would missed the storms I think.

I was the only one to make the 93km goal yesterday but the task
was stopped due to some rain which seems to be controversial here on day 2.
Anyway I still placed 2nd for the day and today we had a 84km task and I won the
day a few minutes in front of Andre. The RX 3.5 is flying well and I had a 5-8km
lead all day today until I got stuck after the last turnpoint. I am very happy
with handling and the climb on this new glider from Moyes.
