Another interesting day today with a 90km triangle set coming back
to the landing in front of the hotel. We had a lot of rain last night and the
ground was very wet and there was a good chance it was going to rain again.
Andre and I decided to do the first start even though the weather was not great
we thought a stopped task was on the cards and we wanted to be out in front. We
eventually made the task with me arriving 1-2 mins in front of Andre.

Galvez and Dodo were the only other two pilots to make goal from the 2nd start
and will have faster times but I think with the leading points I might still win
the day. I'm really noticing that the handling with this new RX 3.5 is helping
me a lot in climbs and the performance has not let me down yet. I flew all day
with Andre who is flying the RS 3.5 and I have never felt to be losing out just
gaining sometimes. No rain this afternoon so hopefully we will have 3 more good
days of flying to go.
