Wills Wings Covert Mains

I have recently received notification from two pilots flying WW
Covert harnesses who have experienced a premature wear to the leading edge of
the webbing at the base of the main riser, just above the backplate, because of
contact between the webbing and the top perimeter of the aluminum slider plate.
All pilots should periodically inspect their harness for wear and if any Covert
pilots, upon inspection, detect wear in this area, please contact me at
<shapiro> or,
<up.si.down> for a simple
and safe solution and immediate replacement riser.
I think it's necessary just to make sure people are safe and know I care about
that more than anything else. I have not detected any damage on any Covert I've
checked other than the two but its important people check this area. I figure,
if it's possible, I want to know about it and immediately fix the issue.
