This is like the Team Challenge for paraglider pilots.

Here's how it will work:

Each experienced xc pilot (mentor) will be teamed up with 2 less experienced
pilots (mentees) and will also be asked to contribute one class to the whole
group in addition to guiding and mentoring their 2 mentees throughout the comp.
Each of these 3 teamed up pilots will have their scores added together to create
a team score Each member will also have an individual score. Scores will be
straight line distance from launch to GPS downloaded point that is flown
furthest from launch. This event will be limited to 30 pilots total (10 mentors
and 20 mentees).
