A paraglider missing since Sunday afternoon was found dead Monday
in Milam County, the Department of Public Safety said. Don Bayliff, 50, who
authorities said was from Atlanta, Ga., was first reported missing at around 4
p.m. Sunday, Department of Public Safety Sgt. David Yarbrough said. Bayliff was
participating in a paragliding contest that left Hearne, flew to areas around
Rockdale, Cameron and back to Hearne.
