like me for a very long time. The old certification was a paper type that had to
be protected from deterioration. The certificate has since been changed to a
plastic credit card sized certificate in 2003. The paper certificates will
expire March 2013 and those who have not changed will find their ratings no
longer certified. There's no cost and the card is much easier to handle.
