The USHPA Competition Committee "met" for an hour and a half by
conference call at 6 PM PDT on Monday and there was no resolution of the issue
of how one reads the rules. The author of the rule has read it one way, but
others have differing views. Given that there wasn't agreement on the meaning of
the rule, it was decided to ask the USHPA lawyer to interpret the rule.
