the World Meet (Cat. 1). The new prototype control rules have been adopted and
will be in effect for the World Meet in 2015.

The CIVL Plenary has recently passed a proposal that directs
someone (Dennis Pagen?) to determine whether a glider at a Worlds is a prototype
or not. So called prototypes are no longer allowed to fly in Category 1 (the
Worlds and the Europeans, essentially). Who else is paying attention to our
international body and their acts?
