I asked Fabiano about how Sport Class was defined in Brazil when I
noted that there were 31 Sport Class pilots at Andradas and that for the most
part they were flying topless gliders. He did a little research and came up with

You've got to have disposable income (and time) in order to go
hang gliding (and afford a new hang glider). Since 1973 male hourly wages have
