The report is an analysis of the tandem accident at Jean Dry
Lakebed on March 27, 2015.The major finding is that the pilot in command was not able to pull the release
and disengage the glider from the tow rope. There had been a repair of the
release and the pin was not able to be retracted.USHPA members can find the report
