pilots) and require a re-fly you must go to the end of either queue. If you were
in the ordered launch and require a re-fly the launch steward will direct you in
position after the 10th pilot. The 10th position includes pilots already on

Supraspinatus tendon (rotator cuff) and that prevents me from flying with more
than one arm.
I tore the tendon when I tripped running out a landing back at the end of
