A big intentional mistake on the part of the meet organizer. It
doesn't mean that much except when we want to be able to get as many places as

You can report hang gliding and paragliding incidents (accidents)
on-line and they go into an actual database (unlike at the USHPA) if you have
registered with CIVL (i.e., have a CIVL ID). CIVL ID's are free and most

I have received this report from around noon:
Got a call just now that Zac Majors pounded in hard at Torrey yesterday
afternoon. Was unconscious for four minutes and was transported to a hospital. No
other info, although I was told he didn't think there were more serious
injuries. Reportedly was diving at spectators on the North Face. mehr
