There was fog in the morning which is a a good indication of light winds. The
sky was grey but by breakfast at 9:30 AM it was breaking up with nice low cu's.
The forecast was for a good day to the northwest over the hill country west of

Just had my Flytec 6030 in for repairs after the EPROM went bad.
New circuit board (instead of replacing the EPROM at Steve's, he sent the board
back to Switzerland) and a new GPS engine. Steve was able to capture satellites
with the 6030 turned upside down in one of Dustin's carbon fiber pods.It's working great here in Texas. mehr

showed heavy overcast over us and a large area around us. There was rain to our
south west. The forecast was for a 50% chance of shower. The NAM, GFS, and RUC
