Yesterday I provided alternative proposals to the USHPA Competition Workgroup proposal for a new USHPA Competition Rulebook with the addition of a manual. So far all the discussion (other than some that is found here in the Oz Report) has centered around the... mehr

Michael Williams has suggested dropping the competition points system, the National Team Selection System (NTSS) altogether, and just using the well regarded and well maintained WPRS system. You can find the latest version here. Here is the top end of the latest results.

Historically, USHPA had a competition system that focused on a larger audience of members. In 1986 the focus of competitions changed and the number of sanctioned events fell from 30 to 40 to as few as 5 or 6.
