Again the NSW RASP was calling for overdevelopment, but I looked at the
projected temperature traces for Lake Keepit (also on the NSW RASP page) and it
sure looked like the air mass above 8,000' was projected to be too dry for

Katharina is doing well after surgery on Monday. She apparently can't keep off line (the world is plugged in now). She had visitors in the afternoon. The surgery was to pin and plate her pelvis back together.

It needed refreshing due to an unfortunate UTC offset problem.

thunderstorms and cu-nimbs, it is never exactly clear just what the RASP and XCSkies mean when they forecast areas of no lift or a general area of
overdevelopment. A general area is likely to actually be a few specific areas,... mehr

The very preliminary results, I\'m working on it.
There seems to be a bug in the very latest version of SeeYou when it comes to handling IGC files created from Garmin's. Either downloaded using GPSDump or directly with SeeYou. I'm checking on whether that is true or not. It is version 3.91. Very preliminary tests indicate that it has a problem.... mehr

The "official" forecast (from Al Giles) was for moderate northeast winds, but the NSW RASP and XCSkies, available to your unofficial weather forecaster, called for south southeast winds, light. This was an issue because it determined which launch will be working, and I'm not interested in going... mehr
