Is there any truth to that? Maybe, with well subscribed paragliding meets, but
it doesn't seem to be the case with...

Only the ones that scooter tow.
Only the ones that don't scooter tow.
If you know of a school or dealer that's not in our list yet, please let us know. We need at least their name and location (country, state, USHPA region or zip code if they're in California, etc.). Other useful...

Not even Bono can pull off wearing huge glasses to use a HUD

These Zeal Recon Transcend Ski Goggles display GPS, speed, altitude and more in

Oz Report readers will no doubt remember that we were the first to
break the story that you can link directly to the on-line version of the USHPA
Hang Gliding and Paragliding Magazine (in PDF format). We also encouraged (wink,
wink) readers to link to it directly (which someone did right away in the
Oz
Report forum). Then an enterprising...

You'll find the February issue of USHPA Hang Gliding and
Paragliding Magazine (in PDF format)

I raised the question in the last article on this subject, how can
the USHPA BOD expect us to communicate intelligently with our regional directors
if we are kept in the dark about what the BOD is considering? I pointed to the
fact that the BOD (in the form of all BOD members who are also members of the
competition committee) are currently...

The USHPA has put in a new server and it has not gone well, as
they transfer the material off the previous server. The

section is currently missing, so a number of articles that I had set to go
today have been postponed. Hopefully it will be back up tomorrow.

How does the USHPA want you to talk to them?I know that it seems very strange in this world of open communication that the
USHPA wants you to go through an intermediary when you want to say something
about USHPA policy and maybe have some affect on its direction. They feel that
it is supposed to be this way. You contact your own regional...
