It was twenty kilometers to the turnpoint north down the ridge
line. I was 4,000' over the top of the ridgeline so crossing the Coral Bank gap
was not an issue. There wasn't any lift on the other side at Mt. Tawonga so we

The USHPA Competition Committee is today voting by email on some
of the revisions that the Sanction Manual subcommittee has made when it rewrote
the proposed Sanction Manual as it came from the now defunct Competition
Workgroup. Of course, as before, there is no input from the membership, or the

Bohbot has more concrete worries. She fears that overreliance on
GPS will result in our using the spatial capabilities of the hippocampus less,
and that it will in turn get smaller. Other studies have tied atrophy of the
