My experience here and now and in the past is that USHPA members
can be completely involved in the USHPA BOD meeting, other than voting (and in
some cases you can vote in the committee meetings). You can make motions and be

that Regional Directors received from their constituents regarding the

options:

Leave the validity at its original 7% as per the rules
Leave the validity at 100% as set by the Competition Committee Chairmen
